  • The embedded software of the conference terminal provides multiple discussion modes, including: VOX, Auto, FIFO, Operator, Request and PTT.

  • VOX function: in VOX mode, the unit will be activated for user speaks; VOX sensitivity can be adjust by the server; microphone time-out is adjustable

  • Auto function: Only the number of microphones limited by the system can be activated. When the number of open microphones is greater than the system limit, press the speaking button, the microphone cannot be turned on, you need to turn off the microphones that have been turned on, and then the microphone can be turned on by pressing the button.

  • FIFO function: When the number of open microphones is greater than the system limit, press the speak button to turn on and automatically turn off the earliest open microphone

  • Operator function: When the number of open microphones is greater than the limit, press the speak button to enter the application waiting state. After the opened microphones are closed, the applied microphones will be opened automatically

  • Request function: In Request, press the speak button and the microphone turns on and release the speech button and the microphone will be turned off

  • PTT function: the delegate send request-to-speak by terminal, and can speak upon chairman approval. The chairman terminal can be activated anytime without approval

  • The maximum number of turned on microphone at the same time is 5. There is no limit to the number of system terminals.

  • Built-in camera tracking management software. Support HD automatic camera tracking, support preset panoramic position. Support image tracking and voice tracking function (need to add equipment)

  • Each terminal has unique unit ID; the conference system can assign unit ID to conference terminal automatically or manually

  • Any terminal can be set as the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary terminal (with no limit on the quantity), in addition to all the functions of the delegate terminal, it also has the following functions:

  • Request: When press the delegate terminal, the microphone enters a request state. Upon approval by the chairman terminal, microphones in the request state will automatically activate. The chairman/vice chairman terminals can speak without needing approval.

  • Time-limited (Requires Software Integration): When the microphone is activated, it enters a countdown state. When the countdown reaches zero, the microphone will automatically deactivate. The speaking countdown time can be adjusted.

  • The congress server has a dual-server hot backup function. One conference server can be set to backup mode, when the main server fails, the backup server automatically takes over the work to ensure uninterrupted operation of the system.

  • LAN Version: This version uses localized deployment. The platform can be accessed via a local area network or dedicated network. Terminal devices, upper-level software, apps, and third-party applications can use the corresponding services within the local area network.

  • Internet Version: This version provides either localized deployment (requiring a public independent IP address) or cloud deployment. The platform can be accessed via a local area network, dedicated network, or the internet. Terminal devices, upper-level software, apps, and third-party applications can use the corresponding services both on the local area network and the internet. The Internet version supports integration with DingTalk, WeChat, OA, SMS, email, and more third-party services (integration services are charged separately).

  • It supports editing and management settings for seating arrangements. During meeting organization, it allows for manual or automatic seating arrangements, associating personnel with seats for easy identification and human machine matching.
