It provides paperless meeting services. Coupled with paperless terminal devices or paperless apps and Wechat mini-programs, it enables paperless meeting functions, including but not limited to: meeting registration, voting, evaluations, rapid voting, document browsing, annotations, messaging, meeting services, streaming media viewing, paperless screen sharing, electronic whiteboards, on-site control, video conferencing, note-taking, simultaneous interpretation, voice transcription, and voice control (some functions require device support).

For multiple approvals, several approvers can be added, and options for sequential approval, counter-signature (requiring agreement from all approvers), or signature (requiring agreement from one approver) can be selected.
